Sergey Lavrov congratulated Natalia Nikonorova on Republic Day
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov sent a congratulatory message to DPR Minister of Foreign Affairs Natalia Nikonorova on the Day of the Donetsk People's Republic.
A part of the message:
"Russia showed solidarity with the DPR people, who chose the path of independent development in 2014, providing it with firm support in countering the armed aggression unleashed by the Kiev regime, various assistance in overcoming the consequences of a brutal blockade aimed at breaking the will of Donbass people to resist. And today, shoulder to shoulder, we are waging a joint struggle to defend and consolidate the gains achieved at the cost of considerable sacrifice and effort."
Sergey Lavrov also expressed wishes for success, peace, creativity for the benefit of Donbass and strengthening of strong relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPR and the Russian Federation.
