Venezuela joined the "Angels" campaign
This year, on International Children's Day, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for the first time joined the
"Angels" campaign (report from the event), dedicated to the memory of children affected during the armed conflict in Donbass.
Our like-minded people from three Venezuelan regions -
Caracas, Barinas and Barquisimeto - honored the memory of innocent children, launched sky lanterns and came out with posters in solidarity with the people of Donbass and Russia.
The DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its sincere gratitude to our foreign friends from Venezuela for the shown concern and support of the Republic’s people.
The "Angels" campaign has been held annually since 2016 with the support of the "Young Republic" NGO and the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During this time, representatives of 20 countries of the world took part in this campaign.
