​ On June 10, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia S.Vershinin met with the Ambassador of the DPR in Russia O.Makeeva and the Ambassador of the LPR in Russia R.Miroshnik at their request to discuss issues of providing assistance to republics through international organizations and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

The need to prevent suffering of the civilian population from shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was emphasized.

It was noted that the main task today is to create conditions for ensuring a normal life for civilians in republics.
