The Texas Board of Pardons and Parole just voted UNANIMOUSLY to pardon US Army Sgt. Daniel Perry
Perry, in self-defense, shot and killed a BLM “protestor” who was pointing an AK-47 at him.
A judge sentenced him to 25 years in prison where he has been incarcerated for the past year.
