This Wednesday, the Guinness Book of World Records named The Storm Coaster at the Dubai Hills Mall the world's fastest vertical launch roller coaster!
The Storm Coaster is an indoor slide with a
679-meter track consisting of three trains, each carrying 12 passengers. Powered by magnetic motors, it
sends riders over 50m up!
With special effects and real footage of extreme weather phenomena all around, riders get into the middle of the storm and embark on a super-fast chase that lasts two and a half minutes.
