【父亲的承诺书】

编者按：今天又是父亲节，2018年父亲节的时候，我们教会曾把父亲的责任，做成承诺书，作为礼物赠送给凡做父亲的。值此日，再发此文，求主激励我们当中所有作父亲的人，靠主恩典，作刚强的大丈夫，承担主所赐给我们的责任。

The Resolution for Men
承诺书
I Do solemnly resolve before God to take full responsibility for myself, my wife, and my children.
我郑重在上帝面前宣誓，对我自己，我的妻子和我的儿女承担责任。
I WILL love them, protect them, serve them, and teach them the Word of God as the spiritual leader of my home.
我承诺: 要爱他们，保护他们，服侍他们，教导他们上帝的话语，并成为我家中的属灵领袖。
I WILL be faithful to my wife, to love and honor her, and be willing to lay down my life for her as Jesus Christ did for me.
我承诺:要忠诚于我的妻子， 爱她并尊重她，甘心为她舍己，如同基督为我舍命。
I WILL bless my children and teach them to love God with all of their hearts, all of their souls, all of their minds, and with all of their strength.
我承诺:要祝福我的子女并教导他们尽心、尽性，尽意、尽力爱主我们的神。
I WILL train them to honor authority and live responsibly.
我承诺：要培养他们尊重权威并学会负责任。
I WILL confront evil, pursue justice, and love mercy.
我承诺：要对抗邪恶，追求公义，喜爱仁慈。
I WILL pray for others and treat them with kindness, respect, and compassion.
我承诺：要为他人祷告，以善良、尊重和怜悯来对待他们。
I WILL work diligently to provide for the needs of my family.
我承诺：要殷勤工作来供应我的家庭需要。
I WILL forgive those who have wronged me and reconcile with those I have wronged.
我承诺：要饶恕那些得罪我的人，并且主动寻求与那些我所得罪的人和解。
I WILL learn from my mistakes, repent of my sins, and walk with integrity as a man answerable to God.
我承诺：要从自己的过错中学习教训，从自己的罪中悔改，以正直来行事并向上帝交账。
I WILL seek to honor God, be faithful to His church, obey His Word, and do His will.
我承诺：要追求荣耀上帝，对祂的教会忠心，顺服祂的话语，遵行祂的旨意。
I WILL courageously work with the strength God provides to fulfill this resolution for the rest of my life and for His glory.
我承诺：要勇敢地靠着上帝加给我的力量，以我的毕生，为着祂的荣耀，来实践这些承诺。
