First Community Owned Hospital - Planning Begins
This week we begin the intense process of planning and building of the first ONE SMALL TOWN Community Owned Hospital. I am meeting Mark, an expert in building hospitals in South Africa and other African countries.
After our first contact Mark became very excited about the unique way in which this hospital will serve the surrounding community. His words to me were; "do you realize that this will reshape the way the medical industry and medical aids function in SA?" Yes - that is exactly why this is such a crucial part of the ONE SMALL TOWN plan. This model is not only applicable to South Africa, but to every other country in the world.
