Musk proposed to purchase Twitter

According to the SEC, Musk offered to buy all the shares of Twitter that he did not currently own at $54.20 per share, which is higher than the market price.

Furthermore, Musk added that if this offer were not accepted, he would have to reconsider his position as a shareholder.

Twitter released a statement confirming that they had received the offer. The company said that its board would carefully review it to determine a course of action that is in the best interest of the company and all Twitter shareholders.
