Recent news has popped up on Music Bots that utilise YouTube, the most notable being a cease and desist order given to Groovy by Google.
Currently YouTube claims using bots for this purpose is not allowed, although there is little clarity on this situation. For those who don’t know, we use a similar system for @enewsmusic_bot in @enewslounge.
As such, we will be stopping service for @enewsmusic_bot from 10th September. Go ahead and ask questions if you have any in @enewslounge or see the small FAQ below.
