Man United will pay near £34 million plus add-ons with the payments being spread out over a number of years. Varane is set to sign a four-year deal with an option of a fifth year. Medical unclear due to quarantine.

Man United will submit their official bid for Raphaël Varane in the next few days with the United board confident. Varane almost has an agreement on personal terms with United and is not extending with Madrid.
