We as the owner behind the @EnhypenBELIFT Channel apologize profusely for this sudden bad announcement; due to the busyness of the admin behind this channel and our inability to provide updates about Enhypen, we have decided to terminate this channel as GENRP and will not provide further updates on Enhypen. With this can be concluded that we have officially disbanded as a GENRP. 2021-08-02 12:20:55 [NOTICE] Our company has recently initiated legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious postings that include acts of defamation, insult, sexual harassment, misinformation and malign against ENHYPEN. ENHYPEN is a new group not yet a year into their activities, and includes a number of artists who are still minors. Nevertheless, repeated instances of malicious postings that target the members have led to the decision by our company to initiate formal legal proceedings. 

We have filed criminal complaints for defamation (Article 70 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.) and insult (Article 311 of the Criminal Act) against perpetrators who engaged in repeated posting or spreading malicious replies and writings exceeding the boundaries of socially-acceptable expression of opinions on online communities, blogs and social media. Evidence was collected through our company’s internal monitoring system as well as the BELIFT Lab hotline, which was used to initiate formal legal investigations. Please understand that we are unable to reveal details to ensure that perpetrators are identified and confidentiality is maintained for investigations that are currently underway. 

Our company continues to mount a strong response to any acts of defamation and insult against our artists. These criminal complaints represent merely the beginning of our regular legal responses against acts targeting ENHYPEN, and no settlements or leniency will be extended under any circumstances. We regularly collect information on malicious postings regarding ENHYPEN, report them to the authorities and file criminal complaints. We ask that you make continued use of our hotline (protect@belift.kr) to report any cases of abuse.

We are always grateful for the affection and dedication shown by our fans of ENHYPEN. We will continue to work to ensure that the rights of our artists are fully protected.

ENGENEs, another TikTok video that we’ve released yesterday with using BTS sunbae song, Permission to Dance. The songs mean that literal reminder us that we don’t need anyone’s permission to feel joy, dance, and bask in positivity. And we uploaded two videos, the first video consists of Jake, Jay, Heeseung, Jungwon, Sunghoon, Sunoo and Ni-Ki it’s mean we do the grup video. And for the second video is very special because ENGENEs get another TikTok video of 02z! It’s Jay, Jake, and Sunghoon. Well, we can declare that we’re very obsessed with every detail of the movement in the choreography of this song. We hope that ENGENEs also enjoy every step and body curve that we make. Strive to find the happiness in the reality just like how they found it in the dreams. And they indeed did find each other in the reality.
