In late December Royal Mail staff conduced strikes over pay.
I just wanted to remind Members that if you receive an NIP with a date in December, you may be able to use the 14 Day Rule (which states it must be delivered within 14 days) to have it thrown out. Often speeding tickets sail close to -- and sometimes exceed -- the 14 day delivery rule anyway.

So with the added postal delays caused by the strikes, its likely you could have any speeding ticket received during December cancelled because there is clear proof of the strikes.
