I just want to get a few facts out there.
For those that know and have followed my case with DHB ,they know that I fought my case with legal representation, I pay into a union that gives me the legal aid I need for such events!
Not once did I roll over.
AP and Nobby were given forms in court to sign, by DHB lawyers that stated they were no longer allowed at the docks! Which they both did happily.
(FULL COURT TRANSCRIPTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE PUBLIC TO VIEW! ). Canterbury county court!
I was asked if I also wanted to sign those forms! I refused!
I feel it is my right as well as anyone else’s to stay there and show what’s going on, to anyone no matter what your political stance is, or your beliefs regarding the immigration crisis.
They however both signed the form instead of fighting it. Under no circumstances did I ever throw them under the bus.
I was honest in saying I was working alone which I had been for some time. Don’t forget AP himself came out publicly to say he had retired!
However, it was they that were planning to throw me under the bus by stating to the courts that they don’t go down the docks it was just me!
Along with all this I have received nothing but abuse attacks etc from the pair along with others who work with them! So much so I nearly quit! But I chose not to, so I carry on doing what I came here todo!
Not once have myself or Dave retaliated with them, we just got on with what we had to do!
People who have stuck by me and seen what they have done to me, have also been grossly attacked by them!
For them being against the migrant crisis so much, I can’t understand why they attack anyone that is filming the truth?
Again,I say this belongs to everyone no matter their political view or views on the migrant crisis.
I do not have to explain myself to anyone but the lies that’s been said over the last year or so I can no longer ignore!
They have been nothing but abusive bullies and I have all the proof to go with it! I feel that all they do is slander anyone that has anything to do with the migrant crisis, in my eyes nothing but infiltrating dividers!
The migrant crisis is not for just a chosen few! It belongs to everyone in this country.
If people wish to film and document this crisis they are free to do so, no permission needed from them. They were not the first to record what’s going on and will not be the last!
I for one will carry on and will continue do so responsibly as always and with respect!
I am not there for anyones entertainment! But for the fact I feel everyone has the right to see what’s going on and if I can I will show it!
I have put a lot of time and effort into what I do, I also get called a grifter, well I’ve put a hell of a lot of money into this myself and appreciate any donations I receive, I feel if anyone puts the effort and deserves some help then so be it, but they feel it is only them that can receive donations or go fund me’s for boats etc they never use! I however put all donations back into what I do and to help me stay here and continue filming!
I also don’t go out my way to cause trouble or slate them for what they’re doing! They do it their way, I do it mine! I just wish to be left alone and for them to stop this torrent of abuse I receive on a daily basis!!
It is concerning that there are 5 grown men (COWARDS) involved attacking one woman! (Myself)
Not once have any of them came to talk to me in person, but chose to do everything via other people and behind a keyboard slandering and lying!
I’ve came to realise they aren’t nice people and are quite happy to see me physically attacked and laugh about it!
I wish nothing to do with any of them, i keep myself away and to myself!
It is time they grew up and left me alone and concentrate on what they are doing and not concern themselves with what I am doing!
