1- Back test your strategy before trading it to have the confidence of executing and being patient.
2- Try to act as a robot not as a human when it comes to making a decision of a trade, so your job is to execute once the pattern that your looking for is presented.
3- Don't try to predict the market, simply react to what the price is providing.
4- Don't spend all day on the charts, look at the charts
for a few minutes every a few hours only.
5- Accept the fact that the market will move a certain way regardless of your analysis.
6- Evaluate your performance at the end of each month "Not at the end of each day" to avoid using your emotions the next day.
