Company is in business of cement production and is part Jaypee Group. Company is having 2 manufacturing Plants situated in Andhra Pradesh. About 70% of the quantities are sold within the state of AP and Telangana and the balance quantity goes to the neighbouring states of Tamil-nadu and Karnataka. The Location of the Plant gives company the advantage of being able to send Cement to all Regions of AP and Telangana. Company operate with about 770 authorised stockists across the AP and Telangana States.
Company is available at cheap valuation of Mcap of 486Cr against Enterprise Value of 1190Cr. Company has reduced its borrowing by 200Cr in 6MFY22. It has been consistently generating positive operating cash flows for past 3 years. Both FII & DII increased their stake in company in Sep 21 Qtr, leaving free-float of just 15.78%.
Also company`s consortium of creditors plans to start anew the debt resolution process if this goes right we expect this to be game changer for company giving us multibagger returns.
