This is the flagship business of the company handled by the company's subsidiary Coffee Day Global Ltd. Its flagship cafe chain brand Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) presently owns & operates ~570 cafes in 165 cities and ~330 CCD Value Express kiosks. There are ~36,000 vending machines that dispense coffee in corporate workplaces and hotels under the company's brand.
Apart of retail business, the company is also involved in production, procurement & export of coffee beans in various countries which accounted for ~8% of revenues in FY21.
