#Task1

A glance diagram provided illustrates a quantity of variety criminal events namely; burglary, car theft and robbery. Given information was collected from Newport city centre between 2003-2012.

It is worth to note that at the beginning the most widespread crime was burglary then the position was replaced by another one, car theft, during reporting period.

In 2003, the number of burglary was reported just nearly 3500 and it ranked the first with that index. People, meanwhile, commited car theft and robbery approximately 3000 and just above 500 times respectively. It is visible that there was not radical change in rates of crime, only figure for burglary was exception.

Following a year, quantity of burglary rose considerably to peak of about 3750. After plunging by 2000 in 2006, number of car theft overtook it with increasing moderately to somewhere in the vicinity of 2250 in that time. Albeit the figure for car theft underwent a noticeable growth, it stood initial level anyway at the end. By contrast, rates of robbery fluctuated between 500 and just under 1000.
