Job Requirement:

• Work Experience 5+ Years
• Has a minimum BA degree from a recognized University
• Must have an engineering background
• Strong Production and Technique skill
• In-depth knowledge in Joinery and furniture
• Ensure the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently
• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Assessing project and resource requirement
• Effective networking skill
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of manufacturing professionals.
• Demonstrated track record of excellent service delivery, fast reaction, and crisis management.
• Ability to apply professional knowledge in furniture production, design& planning, and Machine maintenance

Description

• Determining the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment
• Monitor the progress of production, confirming that it stays on schedule and within budget
• Meet regularly with the production team and managers to analyze any problem and ensure cost-effective, high quality, and timely delivery of products.
• Develop new and cost-effective ways to improve quality and productivity. This could include developing new ways of manufacturing, improving existing manufacturing processes, providing additional training, or adopting better manufacturing processes.
• Carry out additional duties as shall from time to time be required
• Deal with issues in an appropriate and timely manner
• The role may require some working of non-standard hours as workload dictates
