BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management field of study
Competence:-
- Ability to resolve problems
- Good computer skills(working knowledge with Word, Excel and scheduling software)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings both 2d and 3d
- Good knowledge of cost engineering and value engineering
- Must be willing to pass a 45 day trial period
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of quantity surveying and specification; specially construction, finishing, work
- The ability of material selection and purchase
- Good negotiation skills during material purchase with suppliers
- The ability of construction cost and quality control
- Willing to learn new skills such as management, communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently
