- Previous experience in survey collection, customer service, or market research
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of individuals
- Active listening skills to gather accurate and detailed information
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and targets
- Proficiency in using technology and computer applications for data entry and management
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
