Requirement/Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/Master’s Degree in: Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, Engineering's (Computer, Electrical, Electro - mechanical, Communications), Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in bid document and/or bid response proposal preparation or project proposal, design, detail writing.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
