Requirement/Qualification:
-You are a national and resident of Ethiopia;
-You hold a post-graduate university degree (at least at Master’s level and in a subject related to international cooperation, such as political science, development studies, economics, international law etc.).
-You have at least four years of relevant professional experience in the full acquisition cycle (from early positioning to consortium building and proposal development) of competitive service contracts with international donors;
