People with this syndrome believe that they are dying or parts of their body are missing. It is a symptom of another condition and not a disease by itself

The syndrome is rare(about 200 cases in the world)

Some people with this syndrome may not eat because they believe they are dead and see no point in doing so. Other symptoms include refusal to speak, withdrawal from social activities and severe depression

Causes
Dementia, encephalopathy, epilepsy, migraine, multiple sclerosis, parkinson's disease & others
