| New Delhi: Indian agencies arrest DRDL scientist for leaking classified data about India's advanced missile system to an alleged ISI operative.

DRDL scientist leaked classified information on India's missile programme to an alleged ISI operative he met on Facebook.

The scientist leaked data about the development of nuclear-capable intercontinental ballistic missiles & submarine-launched missiles.

The scientist also shared data about the development of submarine-launched K-series ballistic missiles with the alleged ISI operative. K-series missiles have been specially designed for the Indian Navy's nuclear-capable ballistic missile submarines.

The accused worked in Advanced Naval System Program at DRDL's Research Centre in Hyderabad since 2018.
