Nordic Hotel Hit By Conti Group Cyber Attack - But No Ransom Demanded
Nordic Choice Hotel group has confirmed its IT systems have been hacked by the Conti ransomware group, with guest reservations and key card data leaked across its 200 properties across Scandinavia and the Baltic.
No ransom has been demanded and it is unconfirmed whether sensitive personal data such as bank account details has been leaked, but BleepingComputer didn’t find the hotel chain’s name on Conti’s data leak pages.
Earlier this year, Conti breached Ireland’s Health Service Executive and Department of Health systems, demanding a $20mn ransom.
