​​Hey guys today I’ll talk about my personal experience on boosting my hair growth. A few months ago I was sick with covid which has led me to my hair loss. My hair started to fall out in large amounts and it felt like almost a half of my volume was gone.

It is a common outcome and I know lots of people are having the same issue. After covid my body was exhausted and I had vitamins deficiency so it led to hair loss.

Vitamins that I use:
Vitamin B (biotin)
Vitamin C
Vitamin D

Essential oil that I use:
Peppermint essential oil
Rosemary essential oil
Lemongrass essential oil
Castor oil

Biotin as well as vitamin D can be harmful in large amounts so I really recommend everyone to get as much vitamins from your food as possible.

For the best result it is right to use both internal and external ways. For external use, the essential oils are a must!! Oiling your hair have had a long history in lots of cultures.

You can mix different oils in a small bowl and heat it for 30-60 seconds before use it on your hair. Massage it in your scalp only. There is no need to go through all of your hair. Warmth and massaging are going to make a blood circulation faster which helps with stimulating growth in your hair.
