What is Bio-Electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)?

Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis or Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA) is a method of assessing your body composition: the measurement of body fat in relation to lean body mass. It is an integral part of a health and nutrition assessment.

BIA allows for early detection of an improper balance in your body composition, which fosters earlier intervention and prevention. BIA also provides a measurement of fluid and body mass that can be a critical assessment tool for your current state of health. This non-invasive test simply involves the placement of two electrodes on the person's right hand and foot. A low level, imperceptible electrical current is sent through the body. The flow of the current is affected by the amount of water in the body. The device measures how this signal is impeded through different types of tissue. Tissues that contain large amounts of fluid and electrolytes, such as blood, have high conductivity, but fat and bone slow the signal down. As BIA

Researchers and scientists are interested in developing devices that can sniff the chemicals and navigate in the air to locate disaster survivors such as gas leaks, explosions, etc. But most man-made sensors are not sensitive or fast enough to locate or process-specific smells. In this direction, scientists have developed Smellicopter.

It is an autonomous drone that uses a live antenna from a moth to navigate towards smells. Additionally, it can also sense and avoid obstacles in its way while flying. Researchers have also attached two plastic wings on the back of the drone, to help it fly continuously in the air. Smellicopters mimic how moth searches for smells and do not need any help from the researchers to search for odours. It begins its search by moving towards left for a specific distance and if nothing passes a specific smell threshold, it moves towards the right for the same distance. Once the odour is detected by the Smellicopter, it changes its flying pattern to reach towards it.

It can also avoid obstacles with the help of four infrared sensors which measures what's around it 10 times each second. If an obstacle comes within eight inches (20 cms) of the drone, it changes its direction by going to the next stage of its cast-and-surge protocol.

What is a Zero-Day Attack?
A zero-day attack (also referred to as Day Zero) is an attack that exploits a potentially serious software security weakness that the vendor or developer may be unaware of. The software developer must rush to resolve the weakness as soon as it is discovered in order to limit the threat to software users. The solution is called a software patch. Zero-day attacks can also be used to attack the internet of things (IoT).
A zero-day attack gets its name from the number of days the software developer has known about the problem.
A zero-day attack can involve malware, adware, spyware, or unauthorized access to user information. Users can protect themselves against zero-day attacks by setting their software—including operating systems, antivirus software, and internet browsers—to update automatically and by promptly installing any recommended updates outside of regularly scheduled updates.
That being said, having updated antivirus software will not necessarily protect a user from a zero-day

What is Cabin Pressure and Why do we need to maintain it in Aeroplane?

Earth's atmospheric pressure varies with altitude. At the Earth's surface(sea level) , It is measured at 14.7 pounds per square inch(P.S.I) - which human beings are accustomed to because it provides the optimum amount of Oxygen.
As Aeroplane ascends to higher altitudes, the atmospheric pressure decreases. There isn't oxygen to breathe and humans cannot survive more than a minute at such altitudes. In order to prevent this from happening , Cabin Pressure is maintained at appropriate levels.
To maintain the pressure in the cabin equal to that at low altitude, even while the airplane is at 30,000 feet, the incoming air is held within the cabin by opening and closing an outflow valve, which releases the incoming air at a rate regulated by pressure sensors. Think of a pressurized cabin as a balloon that has a leak but is being inflated continuously.

What’s the Difference Between Copyright and Copyleft?

Intellectual property is a valuable asset for your business and it’s important that you take the necessary steps to secure its protection. One type of intellectual property that a business can own is copyright. This gives the owner an exclusive right of the copyright material to reproduce, reuse and republish it. However, there is a school of thought that seeks to override copyright and allow anyone to modify specific pieces of work. This form of licensing is known as copyleft and is commonly used in relation to software development.
Copyright- Copyright attaches automatically to original artistic works. Therefore, you don’t need to register the right. When an author or creator expresses the idea in material form, the work gains copyright protection. Accordingly, you don’t have to publish material work for it to be afforded protection under copyright law.
Copyleft- Copyleft, as the name suggests, heads in the opposite direction to copyright. Playing on t

Can Water Boil and Freeze at the same time?

Yes, it's called the 'Triple Point', and it occurs when the temperature and pressure is just right for the three phases (Gas, Liquid, and Solid) of a substance to coexist in thermodynamic equilibrium.
Substance's triple point, the particular temperature and pressure at which the three states of matter (solid, liquid, and gas) exist in thermodynamic equilibrium. As the liquid boils, high energy molecules leave the liquid as gas, lowering the temperature of the liquid left behind and causing it to freeze. This process of boiling and freezing continues while the substance remains at this pressure and temperature.
