As I listen to and read stories of revivals in the past (right now I am listening to “Adventures with God” by John G Lake), the more I think that America’s liberty and freedom has very little to do with the Constitution and a great deal to do with the fear of the Lord.

“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty” 2 Corinthians 3:17

If we take this verse at face value (and I do), all we need to restore liberty in America is to welcome and seek the manifest presence of Jesus in all things everywhere.
