Hey all, urgent message from a friend in another group. We need to crowd source some artifacts. Seems like some relief may be in sight if we can quick-turn.

I am looking for a little insight for my lawyers. We had our PI hearing yesterday in Omaha and the judge is very interested to know what restrictions (e.g. no deployment, no PCS, no training), if any, someone with a medical or administrative exemption might have.

Essentially, if we can prove there are med or admin exemptions, for members that are going to remain in the service, that don’t have restrictions then we may convince the judge that the government has no sufficient compelling interest to deny religious accommodations.

I’m sorry to ask, but if you have anything our counsel needs evidence of this within the next few hours because he only has until 1700 today to present this evidence in 5 pages or less. Any help you can provide is very much appreciated.
