"Excess Deaths Update"
Each month I've been checking the CDC's record of "Excess Deaths Due to All Causes" graph, and posting it here for your convenience. The graph lags a month or two behind, but it is useful nonetheless.
The third recent "double-wave" is clearly seen in the graph, and the diminishing series clearly shows that Covid is mutating itself out relevancy, just like other viruses.
My working hypothesis has been that because so many people died earlier than expected due to Covid (double-peaks above the average line) that the number of weekly deaths would soon be sinking below the average line.
That is not the case, which leaves open the possibility that there are other new lethal threats to our population in effect.
