How to improve IELTS & CEFR Listening scores?
My answer: Use 2RL Method (Two Repetitions of Listening)
Do the test write your answers on the answer sheet but do not check them.
Listen to the same track for the second time write your answers again from 1 to 40 on your answer sheet then check both answers and compare them.
It is always better to do one test twice than to do two tests once only, which many candidates do during the preparation and therefore do not see any marked improvement.
Keep in mind that quality is far more important than quantity.
