[IMPORTANT - Rider Compliance: Customer Never Receive ]

Hey pandariders,

We have received feedback that riders have dropped off their orders at the wrong delivery address. Some of the common mistakes made during Customer Never Receive orders are:

1. Dropping off at the wrong unit number (e.g. #12-13 but dropped off at #13-12)
2. Dropping off at the wrong block (e.g. Blk 186A but dropped off at Blk 186B)

Please note that we take Customer Never Receive orders seriously, and orders delivered wrongly will lead to potential punishment.

To protect yourself from such situations in the future, we would like to remind all riders always to check the delivery details and ensure that they have dropped off the orders at the right address. It is also mandatory for riders to provide a clear Proof of Delivery photo (PODs).

Should an order be flagged under Customer Never Receive:

- If a proper POD has been submitted, you can dispute the case

- Provided that the correct unit number and order are both shown in the picture, we will be able to investigate and reinstate your earnings if you have submitted a proper POD

- Please ensure that orders are delivered to the correct block, as PODs are matched to the PODs of past orders delivered to the correct block and unit number

We highly recommend riders take clear and proper PODs for the delivery completed on both the rider application and phone so that you can provide images to support your case when needed.
