Protecting your rights is important, don't let people like these to overcome you.

It's important to say that I gave 9 months or so of time to the author to retire the claim before announcing it publicly, they didn't.

Full Text of my dispute:

"My video was published Aug 14, 2017, YouTube can confirm this.

The License at the time was Creative Commons Attribution v3

I have acquired the item during the period the license was such.

The Creative Commons License is Perpetual and here I quote:

"CC licenses are not revocable. Once something has been published under a CC license, licensees may continue using it according to the license terms for the duration of applicable copyright and similar rights. As a licensor, you may stop distributing under the CC license at any time, but anyone who has access to a copy of the material may continue to redistribute it under the CC license terms."

This concludes that the author gave me permission to use the track under the CC-BY v3 license and this is totally legit use."
