Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly analytical thinker with an audience-first mindset for the role of content marketing manager. The internship is for 3 months with the likelihood of a full-time position.

Responsibilities
- Preparing digital content strategies across various online platforms,
- Suggesting trending content ideas that are relevant to our audience
- Directing content creators and assist in developing editorial calendar,
- Reviewing contents before publication to ensure that they meet the quality and style standard,
- Tracking and preparing reports on the success of each piece of content.

Requirements and Skills
- Preferable if you have past experience building audiences either online or offline,
- Audience-first mindset,
- Good understanding of social media analytics, understanding advantages and shortcomings of each platform
- Good understanding of SEO best practices,
- Data-driven and highly analytical,
- Located in Addis Ababa,
- Outstanding communication abilities,
- Fluent in English and Amharic
