Description: Monitor call center employees to ensure they provide customer service conforming to company guidelines. - Provide reports on call center performance for the operations team and call center supervisors. - Provide employees with training and coaching to help them improve their skills. - Track the performance of employees to identify trends and make sure they meet targeted performance goals. - Make sure call center employees provide complete and accurate information to callers. - should have proficiency in English. - should have Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree • Experience: Minimum 2 and above Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position • Bilingual speaker is preferable : International: English, French, Arabic, Chinese.
