Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our consulting services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and sales funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive sales.
 Create and manage content for our website, social media, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing channels.
 Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
 Work with the sales team to develop lead generation campaigns and support their efforts in closing deals.
 Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging, content and creative assets that align with our brand and business objectives.
 Manage external vendors, including marketing agencies, designers, and copywriters.
 Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them where appropriate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in lead generation and lead nurturing.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
