Description:
We are looking for young and energetic individual with the dedication and commitment, fitting our company's aspirations, ready to work on the Tender sales activities within our Office Solutions Division.
Qualifications/Skills:
• BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Procurement Management, Economics and other related fields.
• 0 to 1 years of experience in similar sales and marketing of furniture. -Proven Experience on Tender Activity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, listening and speaking Amharic and English.
• Self-going, accountable, and reliable.
• Committed and persistent.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Follow up that tender documents are purchased on time and status of tenders submitted, awards and CPO/Bank Guarantee status.
• Checking receipts of tender documents and follow up their approval by the Department/GM.
• Reading tender documents thoroughly and understands the specifications and general conditions of the tender and recommend items that our company can offer. (Offers can be from stock or new order or goods on transit)
• Having thorough knowledge of tender procedures is important.
• Checking a CPO/Bank Guarantee Preparation Request Form according to the tender document by attaching a copy of the document that states the value and Bid Bond type.
• Sealing finished tender documents according to the instructions and checking details in file.
• Submitting sealed tender documents before closing time to the right place of the organization.
• Attending tender opening events and preparing/checking tender reading sheets and reports to the OS Division Manager.
