Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our travel agency. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, create personalized travel itineraries, and ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

-Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgetary constraints.
-Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, travel routes, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.
-Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, incorporating flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services.
-Make bookings for flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and other travel services using computer reservation systems or direct contacts with suppliers.
-Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including issuing tickets, collecting payments, and ensuring proper documentation.
-Stay up to date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
-Assist clients with any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of travel plans, while ensuring minimal disruption to their itineraries.
-Resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure consistent service delivery.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other industry partners to enhance business opportunities and service quality.
-Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
-Experience in travel agency or educational consultancy
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
-Outstanding knowledge of the latest tourism trends
