Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our media and production company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients through various channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client objectives and showcase our capabilities.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable contracts and mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years experience in a business development role
• Proven track record of success in business development within the media and production industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the media landscape, including advertising, film production, television, digital media, and related industries.
• Strong network of contacts within the media and communications industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to draft compelling proposals and presentations that address client objectives and showcase our capabilities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
