The applicant needs to have three years of experience in a similar position Should We are seeking a Deputy Manager for our Event Management and Consultancy Company. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar position and be able to work effectively in a team.
Responsibilities:Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the company.Develop and implement event management strategies and plans.Coordinate and manage all aspects of events including logistics, budgeting, marketing, and vendor relations.Manage and develop relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure the successful delivery of events.Develop proposals and pitches to win new business.Requirements: A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Knowledge of event management tools and software.
Ph.D. Master's degree in business administration, event management, or a related field.
