Description:
We are seeking an experienced accounting and finance officer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for

- Managing financial transactions,

- Producing financial reports, and developing

- Implementing financial strategies to ensure the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Accountant will be responsible for building the association's financial systems based on the principles of transparency and accountability.

- He/she will be tasked with developing all relevant manuals (e.g., procurement manual, etc.) based on government regulations.

- He/she will help our association make important financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the organization’s finances, and will be responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records throughout the year.

- He/she will also assist the Project Manager with all administrative tasks related to this project.

Essential qualifications of the Accountant include:
- Four to Eight years’ experience working as an accountant in a firm or organization
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures especially in working with donors
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as well as reporting to the responsible government entities.
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Desired if you have knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office and IPSAS accounting procedures but not mandatory.

Salary based on your qualification and experience starting from 10k plus net.
