Description:
The Printing, Publication, and Marketing segment is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations and delivering high-quality services to our clients. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.

Responsibilities:

1. Printing and Production:
- Manage the printing process, including prepress, printing, binding, and finishing.
- Ensure timely completion of print jobs while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their printing requirements and provide guidance on print options, materials, and finishes.

2. Publication Services:
- Coordinate the production of publications, such as books, magazines, brochures, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with authors, editors, and designers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Review and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and formatting.
- Oversee the layout and design of publications, working closely with graphic designers and typesetters.
- Manage the printing and distribution of publications, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

3. Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Design and create marketing materials, such as flyers, banners, posters, and promotional items.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and trends.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and provide creative solutions to meet their needs.

4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide quotes, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in printing, publication, or marketing roles, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is an asset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
