Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop captivating visual content, including but not limited to logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website layouts, adhering to brand guidelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and contribute innovative design solutions.

Adobe Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create high-quality designs.

Creative Input: Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the table, contributing to brainstorming sessions and project discussions.

Adaptability: Ability to multitask and prioritize projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and creativity in a fast-paced environment.

Feedback Incorporation: Receive and implement constructive feedback to refine designs and improve the quality of visual content.

Requirements:

Talent and Experience: Demonstrated talent in graphic design through a portfolio showcasing previous work or projects. Prior experience in a similar role or relevant educational background is preferred.

Proficiency with Adobe Products: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is a must.

Creativity: A keen eye for design aesthetics, layout, color theory, typography, and attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas, collaborate within a team, and articulate design choices.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
