Description: We are looking for a friendly phone call customer support person who is proficient in Amharic and English for a short-term, part-time position. This position involves providing support to users of our mobile application through phone calls.
Employment Length and Working Hours: - This is a remote (work from home), part-time position working from 11:00 evening to 2:30 night. - The employment term is for 2.5 months.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer phone calls from our users. - Provide support via Telegram. - Help our users with their questions about the mobile application. - Document information related to the phone calls.
Job Requirements: - Proficiency in Amharic and English. Knowledge of Oromo is a plus but not required. - Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications, such as Telegram. - Residency near Yerer, Addis Ababa is preferred. - Females are encouraged to apply.
