A 20 year old Girl with Past medical history of chronic Anorexia Nervosa (AN) is admitted in hospital with severe Malnutrition. She is currently on Parenteral fluids and Nutrition Management strategies. On the 4th day of her stay, her vitals changed as : Blood Pressure 110/70 mmHg. Temperature 37°C, Heart Rate 120/min and Respiratory Rate is 26/min. On physical Examination she has tachycardia with regular Pulse. Her lungs are clear but she appears to be confused and disoriented. What should be the next step in her management plan?
