The Following message is supposed to be ment for NSFW Channels, but since some channels I'm in are too thin skin to care about public health and safety I'm forced to do it here

With that said I'm here to announce why Monkey Pox will not be Covid 2.0 as some may fear but I still say express precaution. Monkey Pox is NOT supposed to be as deadly as Covid 19 that's number 1 so check mark that box. HOWEVER it's contagious thru skin to skin contact and bed sheet spread. It can only live on unclean sheets for a couple hours which is long enough to contract without skin to skin.

The Reason why I'm brining it up in this channel is because I hope the people here are more mature then the "my body my choice" people in the nsfw channels, because you would think they literally using skin to skin to create certain content would care about other people's health and safety. Some do, but others I guess the F not because a similar post about Monkey Pox was deleted in one of the channels because it started a "my body my choice" argument in a linked chat and I find that disgusting.

My body my choice only works with Roe v Wade not public health, I'm sorry that's my opinion on the matter. So what can we do to stop or slow Monkey Pox spread? If available get vaccinated, especially if you're immunocompromised. If you do get it isolate until the infection is 100% gone. Don't be scared, I'm seeing a shit tone of Monkey Pox hysteria just like when covid started 2 years ago. If we play it smart Monkey Pox will stay at Epidemic levels and will not evolve to pandemic levels

If you are going to a convention bring sanitization wipes, do whatever it takes to slow this spread and avoid this virus. Originally this virus was spread thru men and men who have sex with men *because that's not stigmatizing at all :/ * but now a couple women have it proving anyone can get monkey pox. So hopefully the CDC gets their shit together singling out communities like this.
