Here is the character of human law in man's fake social hierarchy: For God to say to a man, "Repent of evil or you will surely die," is a divine act of God, but for a man to say to another man, "Repent of evil or you will surely die," is a threatening act of terrorism. So the liar dispenses punishment to dispense with punishment. But all evils lead to death, so how can a dishonest man repent to escape with his life? That man would need to be disciplined by the God of Truth and Life. But because a dishonest man rejects the truth and rejects discipline and rejects the only true God, what remaining hope for survival does a dishonest man have? So then he resorts to stealing, and killing and destroying other men, in a futile attempt to escape punishment. And so the dishonest man is perpetually found lacking the understanding of truth and the presence of life, and having no faith in God's only divine intervention to redeem him from the swiftly approaching disaster, soon quickly entirely perishes. The dishonest man becomes like the garden fig tree that year after year does not bear fruit and is therefore cut down and removed from taking up the soil. All the man had to do was repent and believe in Jesus Christ. But an arrogant man does not submit to God, a dishonest man does not submit to truth, and a foolish man does not accept counsel from the greatest wisdom.
