Matthew 1 to Matthew 6

"You all have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery.' However, I say to you all that everyone who is looking upon a woman in order to lust after her already has committed adultery with her in his heart. So if your[*] right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and cast it from you, because it is better for you that one of your [body parts] should perish and not all your body should be cast into hell[*]. And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and cast it from you, because it is better for you that one of your [body parts] should perish and not all your body should depart into hell.

[* The "your" here is all singular, directed to the individual person of their own body and self. Note also that this explanation is the same as what is later given towards the condemnation of Jesus to death, according to what was prophesied by The Holy
