In Montpellier, film director Alain Françon (76) had his throat slit as he walked through the city center, near Saint-Roch Church.
For about 5 years, the city center of Montpellier has been the scene of clashes between African gangs and North African drug dealers.
Alain Françon seems to have been a victim of this violence.
Important point: Alain Françon was very much in favor of a no-limit immigration, to the point of openly advocating for smugglers or signing petitions.
