Minister of Justice has announced "flyers" to remind parents of their obligations
To fight back against riots composed essentially of 18 years old, harsh measures are taken: French Minister of Justice Éric Dupond-Moretti announced that he had "drafted a flyer" for "parents" to explain "in simple terms" to those who "may have forgotten" their obligations.
The flyer will be distributed to all jurisdictions to be given to parents whose children are brought before the courts, as well as to police stations and gendarmeries, the Chancellerie said.
